Web design has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I dabbled in it during college (oh my, those were the days) and spent over twenty years honing my skills in designing and maintaining websites (dang, I sound old, LOL), but the journey has been nothing short of fulfilling.

One particular memory stands out vividly - the first site I created for an actual client during my early days in the field. I was surprised to learn that my design was the top-ranked submission. However, the client refused to use my beautifully designed website for being "too professional" and expressed hesitance in using it for being too high-quality for a nonprofit organization. The idea that nonprofits deserved less visually appealing websites due to their status puzzled me. This experience led me to question why nonprofits and small businesses were limited to less polished websites.

Fast-forward to 2024.

The disparity in website quality between large for-profit businesses and small businesses remains apparent. While progress has been made in closing this gap, there remains a noticeable difference in the standard of websites maintained by small businesses. Async Creative Solutions aims to bridge this divide by providing high-quality web design services tailored to the unique needs of small businesses, especially local and minority-owned businesses.
